Believe it or not I actually was in high school with this chick, and I noticed on my Facebook Feed that she was tagged in a photo, which was this one, and right after seeing it, I knew this was a perfect photo for, well you guessed it. A photo manipulation, and this one I call Faceless.

Made in Gimp 2.7.1

Too much highlights on the face, and you can see the border on the hand face.

If you really want to learn how to do this, google "celebrity fakes" (****WARNING POSSIBLE PORN ALERT IF YOU DO THIS) You will find some awesome examples of removing and replacing body parts.
